TECHNICAL SKILLS

    I have mastered research techniques such as culture of cells and tissue blocks, cell purification using Percoll, development and validation of immunoassays, protein assays, immunocytochemistry, molecular biology techniques (DNA/RNA extraction, gel electrophoresis, PCR etc.), experimental animal (mice) handling and computer software (SPSS, Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc.). I extensively worked on cell culture and purification using murine Leydig cells and canine testicular interstitial cells. We have developed several immunoassay (both enzyme immunoassay and time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay) systems aiming measurement of hormones (INSL3, testosterone, progesterone, estrogen, LH, relaxin) and cAMP at INSL3. I have measured hormones in both body fluids and culture media.
